Septa provided trains and observers to oversee the exercise. Stations 73, 23, 41, 44, had fire apparatus there, while ems was represented by sta's 23, 41, 52, 69, & medic-104. I may have missed some due to apparatus staging away from the scene. The scenario was a train vs car accident with multiple victims, fire and entrapment. Other fire officials were on hand to observe including Phildelphia Fire commissioner Lloyd Ayers.
