The assignment was upgraded to the working fire at 12:49, and the 2nd alarm on arrival at 12:49. Companies had heavy fire from two, 2 story row dwellings with heavy extension into the 3rd dwelling. After knocking the bulk of the fire from the exterior, Companies went to an interior attack to get to hot spots and extension.. Truck companies opened up, while engine crews had numerous hand lines stretched.
