Hi Igor,

Thanks for stopping by.

I actually love the 50D, it has a few new features over the 40D that I really like.
The ISO performance is no better than the 40D. I love the fact that you can correct the focus of your lens - not that mine really needed any. Having 15Mp is nice but boy can you fill up memory cards.

If you have any questions just ask.
One of these days I start posting a lot more. I actually shot a day at NYC Fall Fashion week.

I'm currently waiting for B&H to get the 5D Mark II's in - I hesitated on buying one because of the whole focus point and focus issues. I know I will always have my 50D with me which focuses even better than the 40D.

Sorry for rambling on - I can talk about camera gear forever. I'm always in NYC on the weekends. If you are ever there - you can try my gear. Everyone does.

igor, i know it was a few months ago, but you were interested in coking filter system i bought. I bought 3 adaptor rings 52mm 62mm and 72mm . i bought the filter holder, which holds up to 3 filters, and of course i bought some filters.I have the star 8(po56) for reflection of shiny objects the graduated tobacco T1 the graduated neutral grey G1, the gradual blue B1 P122 and the sunset 1, P197
im particulary impressed with the blue and the star, have a look in my albums for some of the results

These are the lenses I have purchased along with the D-80

Tamron 28-80mm F/3.5-5.6 AF Zoom Lens
Tamron 75-300mm F/4-5.6 LD AF Macro Lens
Titanium .45x Wide Angle Lens
Titanium 2X Telephoto Lens

You do know that the D-80 doesnt have to have Nikon lenses sigma, tamron and titanium are brands the D80 can use...
