Resplendent's "Soul" album http://public.fotki.com/Resplendent/1/body--soul/soul/ You may be wondering why I have food on a "hair" related ablum, make no mistakes, the hair is only healthy if you are. I want to share with you what will set your stomach at ease (why I visited the holistic dr) and prolong your life. This album contains foods I eat and supplements I take, because the program is specific for me, I'll share some common threads if you have digestive issues like me (no low fat or fat free anything, limited coffee, no milk, limited to no grains, raw sugar or honey, no soda or sugar juices). I Basically eat all the fish I want, all the seafood I want, all the olive oil I want, all the butter I want, all the honey I want.... and never count another point (Weight Watchers) and could care less about carbohydrates (Atkins) and most of all, am prolonging my life. I have not GAINED a pound while eating the above, when I look at labels now, I am looking for natural ingredients, I hope this album helps you, it is by far the most important album on my page!
