It seems like just yesterday this all happened....I remeber walking ta a friends house and seeing it in the distance...It scared me into such a state of shock.....i collapsed on the sidewalk. I neede lots of thereapy after that :S

I live in the Uk in Devon. I was 12 when
the twin towers terror attact took place,
It was exatly 11 days after my birth day, I remeber it all, I was walking form school, My mum told me that 2 planes had been hijaked and flown into buildings, I really didnt realise the seriousness off the whole thing, I ran and told a freind whose house i was getting picked up at. I got home and just sat and stared at the TV, The horrifying pictures almost pushed me into a worst nightmare, I was there for about 2 hours as the coverage even here in england was continuous, I watched the pictures over and over. The next day people where crying in school, It wasnt because any of there relatives had died it was just because of the shock and saddnes of it all. It wasnt untill that day that i looked at the world in that way, Evcen thought i have been alover the world, It seems i was living unconsciece to the fact of terrorism. It wasnt untill this time onwards i actually started fearing things, I dont know what but just as a child i was scared to think that there where people outthere who where willing to do these things to the westernworld, I can unlike other people understand there reason for doing this and the reasonthat alot of people out there would like to get some sort of revenge on us. Then after the incident my thoughts started merging towards what was going to happen now, Ofcorse today we have come acustomed to the fact that it would be war, It also imaginable would have been quite a challenge for bus who was i think fairly new in presidency. And so it goes on, till today 24/1/2004 when the world is as i would put it on the edge, Coalition not knowing if weopons exist - ( ceretainly the questionj in england ) I dont know what to do or belive, But can we leave the westernworlds fate in the hands of bush and blair - I certainly hopeso.

I had a fun time with you at the picnic on Sunday. I'm just sorry that we had to split up our buddy teams and dive separately.

I'll send you a reminder about our summer Wednesday nite boat dives scheduled for 7/10/02 and 8/14/02.

I'm not surprised to find that your photos are beautiful. I was particularly impressed with your macro work of the flowers.
