Hi Gerald, Sorry, bud, I don't have time to do any of my own work anymore. Too much overtime and too long of a commute. If you can find someone competent to replicate the bumper they should be able to do it from a few pics. Print out some of the ones here for talking purposes. I designed the bumper on a "napkin" and built it first out of cardboard. The cardboard was then used to make the patterns for the steel pieces. Reversing the pattern made the right hand side. Keep me in the loop on this. I am curious as to cost myself. I know I had over 40 hours into just fab time so, at my shop rate, you would be looking at about 1600 bucks to fab one up. I'll check back here more often and try to respond sooner.Mark

HI Astroracer i saw your pic's of your truck, and was impressed with the work to the bumper, was wondering if you do work for other people, and if so what would it take to reproduce this bumper, or the cost to make it, if you can't reproduce this, do you have the demention's/process from the first one that you could send so i can have someone else reproduce it, i'm working on a 93 simmular to your truck. once again really like your work to the bumper.please reply to geraldlogue@att.net .
