Too much overtime and too long of a commute. If you can find someone competent to replicate the bumper they should be able to do it from a few pics. Print out some of the ones here for talking purposes. I designed the bumper on a "napkin" and built it first out of cardboard. The cardboard was then used to make the patterns for the steel pieces. Reversing the pattern made the right hand side. Keep me in the loop on this. I am curious as to cost myself.
