Joe proposed to me in a very unique but sweet way, he told me he had already had a ring picked out but he would only get it for me if I found which one he picked out. Searching through many stores and many glass cases I finally found the ring he had picked, it was gorgeous and amazing and once I had it on my finger he asked me the one question I had been waiting to hear "Will you marry me?" of course I said YES!! We had planned on waiting until after college to get married but when he decided to drop out and join the Marines all that changed, we decided it would be best to get married before he left so I thought of something very special, why not get married on our 1 year.So I planned and planned and when that day came it was the best day of my life, everything had turned out perfect and like many people we got married on the luckiest day of the year, July 7th 2007! We had a good honeymoon just relaxing on the beach in Destin Florida but we have always dreamed about taking a second honeymoon to Disney world, where we can share many laughs and just learn to be a kid again!

This was on July 28, 2007 when my Fiance Michael Flores Proposed to me. I used to work at Disney as a college intern , so when my internship was over I met the man of my dreams who knew what my dream come true would be. So he proposed to me in front of the castle at the Walt Disney World in Magic Kingdom. Since all the pics came out dark we decided to go to where I originally worked at which was One Man's Dream and he took this photo. So dreams do come true and Mr. Walt would have said Have a magical day !!!!!

We eloped to Galveston. We were married at sunset. There were just 5 people on the beach. The J.P., 2 witnesses and my fiance and I. But on Seawall Boulevard, we had a crowd of about 100 well wishers! I almost burst out laughing during the ceremony. There was a young couple sitting on a bench, watching us. The male companion grew bored of the whole thing and stood to leave, and of course the woman didn't move. The guy stood there a little longer, then gave up and sat back down!

After a fairy tale proposal at California Grill during "Wishes," it is a no-brainer where Christy and David will be honeymooning. However, the best part of the proposal was that the fairy tale continued at WDW for another 4 days! Now both are wishing to go back, anxious to see their favorite mouse and friends. My, how time flies. 2008 will ring in our 15th anniversary! This is a photo from our wedding ceremony in Las Vegas, complete with Elvis to give away the bride and serenade us during our vows. We were so young and adventurous and we didn't want to fuss with a formal wedding so we and a few close friends and family braved the 700 mile drive to Vegas. It was icing on the cake to have Elvis be a part of our special day.
We had always planned to take a honeymoon, but as our lives progressed, as most do, the splurge of a vacation for two has remained at the bottom of the priority list. I am submitting this photo with all of the wonderfull memories my husband and I have made together for the last 15 years and I am again ready to to something we will never forget. On November 26, 2006 we were in Disney World for a trip my boyfriend Kevin had planned for my birthday. We spent the morning in the Magic Kingdom, but around 3pm he decided to take me over to the Polynesian hotel to get some birthday drinks. After drinks we took a walk on the beach at that hotel where Kevin lead me over to the water where we found a message in a bottle sticking out in the sand. I read it and it was a treasure map! After searching for a while we finally found where my treasure was hidden. I dug up a small treasure chest and inside was an engagement ring and a note saying "Will you Marry me?". Kevin got down on one knee and asked again and or course I said yes. We are getting married this fall and would LOVE to go back to Disney where it all started :)

Stacy and Nelson had been dating for 2 years and planned to celebrate their anniversary in Disney World. Afterall, it was Stacy's favorite place in the world and it was Daisy Duck that brought them together (They met on the Internet and the picture of Nelson that won stacy's heart was him with Daisy Duck. A man who loves Disney has to be a good catch she thought!) 3 days into their Disney World vacation Nelson surprised Stacy with a very romantic private boat ride that left from the dock of Polynesian Resort. After an hour boat ride in the Disney Lagoon touring Disney World the driver anchored them right in front of the Magic Kingdom to catch the evening firework display. As night fell and they huddled close and Stacy was presented with a glass slipper and tiara upon a bed of flowers. Seconds later Nelson dropped to one knee and asked if Stacy would be his wife. A tearful yes was immediately followed by Tinkerbell launching an awesome fireworks display that lit up the night. They shared champagne and strawberries as all their Disney dreams came true. Dreams really do come true in Disney World! Our wedding is taking place in August of this year. Thank you Disney!!

My fiancée Lucas & I have been together for over seven years. He had been trying to convince me to go skydiving for a long time. On October 21st 2007, I finally agreed. A few of our friends came along. Everyone kept saying, “This is going to be an experience that you’ll never forget.” Little did I know that they weren’t only referring to skydiving. Lucas said that he wanted to jump before me, so that he could take pictures of me coming down. I thought nothing of it. Of course, we’d want pictures of this. In actuality, he needed this time to set-up for the most perfect proposal ever. Once I was about 100 feet from the ground, I could read the sign, “Cristina, Will You Marry Me?” I was so surprised. It was truly an experience that we’ll never forget. We look forward to many more magical moments like these in our married lives and what better way to start than with a Disney honeymoon!

My fiance' and I are huge Disney fans, we saved for ever and a day to finally spend a week together in Walt Disney World in Nov. 2007. I knew that had to be the place to pop the big question...But, when and where would the event take place? I spent months researching the best time and place in WDW to do it. After many ideas I decided to settle on proposing during the firework show "Wishes" at the Magic Kingdom. I searched several videos of the show online to get the timing just right...Just before the big finale, the blue fairy appears to defeat evil and then tells everyone in the audience to put their hearts together and make a wish come true. At that very moment I turned to her and fell upon one knee with the ring in hand. She cried and knelt with me with her arms around my neck and said yes. The crowd of fellow vacationers cheered all around us. It was a wish come true and she loved every moment of it. We'd love to share our honeymoon back where it all began, but we'll need your help to make that wish come true...Spread some pixie dust and give us your vote!
