We hit the 5 lb marker today. It is just amazing to watch these puppies grow so quickly.

Christmas...the puppies opened their eyes today and beginning to try to stand on their paws and walk. They are very shakey but doing good.

Friday December 15, 2006. Purple boy arrived at 7:01 p.m., followed by yellow boy at 9:58 p.m. and finally pink girl at 1:15 a.m. We were very happy to see a girl in the bunch. Shelby was one of 3 pups~2 boys and a girl and pink girl weighed the same as Shelby did at birth.

Birth weights as follows:

purple boy 20 ounces
yellow boy 18 ounces
pink girl 22 ounces

I posted new pictures of the puppies. They are two weeks old today.
They are all doing great...can't keep my hands off them though. Shelby
is doing good too. We went for a long walk today and played ball.
Time is going by quickly and I am enjoying every moment with them. I
started combing them yesterday. They all seem to enjoy it. They got
their nails cut today too.

Yellow boy is 5 lbs 14 ozs ~ the moose
Purple boy is 5 lbs 5 ozs ~ the sweetie
Pink girl is 5 lbs 8 ozs ~ Shelby jr.
