<description>I like the work on the TIVO. &lt;br>Do you know if there is anyway to convert a TIVO box to just be DVR that will record for video surveillance? &lt;br>I am not very good at Linux. I was trying to figure out if I could set it up with 4 cameras on the screen some how split them so the 4 videos would be loading in at the same time or 8 since i have a dual tuner. Have it record in segments like 30 min to an hour. If the power went off or something it would just boot back up and start recording again. &lt;br>Sounds simple but I wouldn’t have a clue how to do it.&lt;br>If you don’t know, do you know anyone who does?&lt;br> </description>
